Coming Soon: More than Mustard

Fancy Mustard is now going to look at more than only mustard.

To be sure, mustard will always be the main character here, but once you spend enough time with one condiment, you can’t help spending time with its entire social circle. It’s impossible to celebrate mustard and not also celebrate the aiolis with which it emulsifies, the vinegars that sharpen it, the relishes and chutneys that play in the same sweet-savory space.

And so, we are widening our lens to better celebrate all the condiments we get excited about. You might notice we’ve slightly tweaked the logo to reflect that.

So, please look for upcoming posts that will focus on various other condiments from the familiar to the lesser-known. Soon after that, we plan to introduce more searchable-by-condiment features on the site, so for a day when you really want to go all in on, say, mushroom ketchup or exotic vinegars, you can get right into it easily.
